  8.                HELP.TXT      (Help Text File)
  9.                HELP.IDX      (Help File Index) 
  10.                TAXnn.FIL     (Tax Rate Files - copy all files starting
  11.                               with "TAX")
  12.                
  13.                Work files and transactions files will be created as
  14.                necessary in the current path.
